PalisadeHR launched a new “Engineering” Division targeting the “Non-Destructive Testing” (NDT) and Rope Access industry

The NDT talent space is highly competitive as the skills required are specialized and take years to obtain.  In the past two years PalisadeHR has been a resource partner for several companies needing specialized NDT talent. We’ve created an exclusive NDT technicians database; and combining that with our personnel search resources, we can fill your needs in whatever NDT discipline(s) and experience level you require. We understand this industry and the urgency to fill open roles.

To support the new NDT Division, we have added two key positions.

Rob Keene

1).  PalisadeHR is excited to announce adding Rob Keene to PalisadeHR team to head this new division as VP of Commercial NDT & Rope Access Services.  Rob’s leadership experience spans more than 22 years, with his most recent leadership role as the top senior HR executive at Acuren Inspection.  While at Acuren, Rob had an HR accountability for the US Operations and was a key Business Partner to the CEO and the executive team on strategy, growth, and management of the organization. Prior to PalisadeHR, Rob worked for Ensign-Bickford Industries, Raytheon Technologies, Stanley Works, and General Cable in Senior Leadership HR Business partner role.

2).  Partnering with Rob Keene with our new NDT Division will be PalisadeHRs’ Larry Vanderhoff, receiving a promotion to VP of Talent Acquisition – Industrial Services.  Larry has been our NDT connection, building a strong client base in the industry while being our recognized NDT technical recruitment expert.  His prior experience within Circulation Sales & Marketing is a key strength for our organization. Prior to Larry joining PalisadeHR he was responsible for leading large projects that drove incremental sales revenue and margins for The Cleveland Plain Dealer and Advance Central Services. Throughout his 30-year tenure, he successfully recruited more than 500 associates into various Sales & Marketing, Finance, Customer Service and Technical support roles into these organizations.
