With nearly 30 years of experience, he has led critical transformative talent initiatives across organizations of all sizes. Scot has held senior leadership roles ranging from Operations Management to Chief Human Resources Officer, consistently driving organizational growth through strategic talent management. He is known for building high-performing teams, leading change, and delivering practical and results-driven solutions.

Scot earned a B.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University and an M.S. in Organizational Development from Case Western Reserve University. He is a certified executive coach, Lean/Continuous Improvement certified, and a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Scot honed his expertise in identifying top talent during his early career with Harley-Davidson, Raytheon, Eaton, and Stanley Black & Decker.

Bernie Urbina

Bernie Urbina is a Co-Founding Partner of Palisade Executive Search, a retained executive search and human resource solutions firm. With more than 30 years of senior executive human resources experience, he has led the rebuilding and strengthening of executive teams and successfully recruited talent at all organizational levels. Bernie has served in leadership roles overseeing manufacturing operations and managing critical business initiatives, helping organizations improve performance. Bernie is an Air Force law enforcement veteran, bringing discipline, integrity, and leadership to his practice.

Bernie holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development, as well as an undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing. Bernie is a certified executive coach, a Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds certifications in health and safety.
