Scot Landies is a co-founding partner of PalisadeHR, retained executive search and human resource solutions company. With nearly 30 years’ experience, Scot has been a catalyst for game changing talent upgrades wherever he has gone. Over the course of his career Scot has held positions with ever increasing responsibility. He has worked in roles ranging from Operations Management to CHRO. He has been responsible for Talent throughout his career. Scot is a polished agent of organizational change who has a passion for teams, winning, collaboration, creative solutions and executing on the tough tasks. Scot earned his BS in I/O Psychology, from John Carroll University and a MS in OD from Case Western Reserve University. He is a certified executive coach, Lean/CI certified and is a Six Sigma Greenbelt.
Bernie Urbina
Bernie Urbina is a co-founding partner of PalisadeHR, a retained executive search and human resource solutions company. With over thirty years of senior executive human resource experience, he has upgraded and rebuilt entire executive teams, as well as recruited and hired positions from presidents to janitors. As a leader of human resource teams in high profile companies, he has run manufacturing operations, and managed business projects that have saved organizations from closing their doors. Urbina holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources/Organizational Development, as well as an undergraduate degree in Sales and Marketing. He also has certifications in executive coaching, Six Sigma Green Belt, health and safety, and is a proud Air Force law enforcement veteran.
Rob Keene
Rob Keene is the VP of Commercial NDT & Rope Access Services, an industrial division of PalisadeHR, a retained executive search and human resources solution firm. Rob’s HR experience spans more than 22 years, with his most recent leadership role as the top senior HR executive for the US at Acuren Inspection. While at Acuren, Rob had an HR accountability of more than 3,000 employees and was a key Business Partner to the CEO and the executive team on strategy, growth, and management of the organization. One of Rob’s key initiatives was designing and implementing a recruitment program for NDT and Rope Access talent acquisition. He is proud to say that this program kept up with the demands of the business and enhanced both bottom- and top-line growth.
Lawrence Vanderhoff
Lawrence is the VP of Talent Acquisition – Industrial Services for PalisadeHR. His experience is in Sales & Marketing in the media industry. In his thirty years in the media industry, Larry has been a strategic resource, building sales revenue and market growth and bringing a forward vision to the ever-changing world of media circulation. Larry was responsible for leading large projects that drove incremental sales revenue and margins within the contiguous Cleveland metro cities. He also developed promotional tools that were used to penetrate and expand existing markets and territories. In addition, to Sales and Marketing, he also managed a large team that drove strategic planning, analytics, research, customer service, channel support and receivables.
